SoberDown is a self-help and community tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Your account & content
You're responsible for your account and the content you create. Keep your login secure. Don't use SoberDown to harass, harm, or endanger others.
Accountability Circle
Code Red and Code Green depend on the contacts you add and on networks and devices we don't control. We can't guarantee a message is delivered or that anyone will respond. Always have a real-world safety plan.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
